Machine Labs, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company headquartered in New York. We build and operate The Machine, an invite-only AI platform for customer organizations, and conduct research on AI systems for public-interest institutions.

Our software products are made available on an invite-only basis to customers and partners. Access is granted at our discretion. We make no representation that our products will be made generally available.

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Send unsolicited communications, spam, or other unauthorized messages

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Machine Labs through The Machine, you agree to receive account-related and conversational assistant messages, including reminders, confirmations, follow-up nudges, opt-in and opt-out notices, and responses to user-initiated requests. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP,STOPALL, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE, or by removing your phone number in Settings > Phone Number. Reply HELP for assistance. All content on this website, including text, design, code, and trademarks, is owned by Machine Labs, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

This website and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Machine Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
